JUST ADD WATER!
We were waiting for Mom and Dad to arrive in Spokane with Megan and Asher. We weren't sure when they would arrive so we tried to stay close so we'd be here for them to see Eisley as soon as they got to town. We walked from Denice and Noah's to their favorite local coffee spot called The Shop. It's a cool, hip local that used to be an auto repair shop so it has the big garage doors and industrial interior. I had a delicious Irish Cream iced latte. We then walked over the the Perry Street cafe and had a yummy lunch. The cafe owners were darling and ooh'd and aah'd over the baby. The owner washed her hands and held the baby while we ate! On the walk back to the house, we stopped at a park and the kids spied the splash pad. They were drenched! They let the sun dry them a bit and then we stripped them down back at the house while everything went straight to the dryer. It was fun to see them having such a good time. Harrison will be getting a new pair of shoes tomorrow - his didn't really survive the drenching.
